CheckMail1 provides email address verification services via a web interface and API. The Service checks whether email addresses are valid, deliverable, and exist on the provider's servers using various technical methods including DNS lookups, SMTP checks, and provider-specific APIs.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each email verification consumes one (1) credit. Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Credits do not expire.
Prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 14 days' notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
API access is provided subject to rate limits described in the documentation. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse or excessive load.
We process email addresses you submit solely to provide verification results. We do not store verified email addresses beyond the time needed to complete verification. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Email verification results are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Verification results may be affected by server configurations, greylisting, catch-all settings, and other factors outside our control. Use results as one signal among others.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckMail1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
